Alexandrina is a recruitment and HR specialist with broad experience in both the corporate and startup scenes. She can share a secret or two on how to design and implement efficient recruitment processes, how to research and approach the ideal talent pools and how to become an interview guru. Alexandrina is also very passionate about Marketing and Psychology so she can share from her experience in exploring the synergy between talent acquisition and these two areas.
Rune worked for several years as a finance management consultant for Deloitte and KPMG. Along with that, he developed his own medical technology startup, and was a jury member for Venture Cup (A Danish startup competition). He is the current Head of Finance and Business Management at Livit, working with Labster and Mailbird. Rune has extensive experience with startup strategy, finance management, fundraising, investor documentation and investor pitch presentations.

Kristina has spent the last three years managing the exponential growth of Livit. For everything from making the bigger strategy, breaking it into tasks and using smart tools to make your day easier – Kristina is your person. She can also help you define your employer brand, organisational culture and values.
Natalia has spent the last years in tech recruitment and talent acquisition, working for companies located in Europe, time in which she has successfully filled over 200 positions. She can discuss with you the newest trends in recruitment, how to attract talent, do´s and don´t´s in recruitment and much more.
Project & Event Management
Over the last years, Lavinia has ran 20+ successful projects in 7 different countries, spanning 4 continents. She can help with regard to long-term planning, managing multiple stakeholders, expanding on new markets, managing projects and events.
