It’s high time we start introducing this year’s PG Bali participants!
The first intro takes us to Germany, where we meet Siamac Alexander Rahnavard, one of the first drivers of programmatic in digital marketing* in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Several years ago, he left his well-paying job as a senior manager at GDM Digital, because he wanted to create an inspiring work environment focused on the vision, the spirit and the well-being of the team. So he founded Echte Liebe and, in less than 3 years, managed the impressive feat of organically growing it into a full blown, self-sustaining business, having no partners or investors on board.
His former colleagues (some of whom he offered new jobs to) and clients have a lot of great things to say about him such as, “he started to evangelize the market in real time advertising during a time where absolutely no one knew and even believed in it. He not only has a solid understanding of the programmatic landscape, he is one of the few building the foundation for it.”. He is a true digital native, clear, direct, bright and focused, who knows “nearly everything in digital marketing technology”.
He excels at crisis management, and although he loves schnaps, friends still call him a “shepherd” because he’s’ always looking out for other people no matter how many drinks he’s had 🙂 He also does a lot of sports, running, loves the gym and has trained people in running in the past.
Siamac is eager to share his experiences from his 8 years of working with automated marketing, and he loves helping people see the bigger picture.
